Christmas Cheese Experience

The Slate Caverns are working with Linda Lewis of South Caernarfon Creameries on how to create the perfect cheeseboard for Christmas. An exciting masterclass offering a superb array of local Welsh Cheese with accompaniments and drink pairings. Coffee will be served on arrival with lunch/ light supper served after demonstrations. Meet Cynan Jones from Mushroom Garden who will be showing us how to create a super mushroom risotto.
